About Daily Pack House

Daily Pack House is an independent multi-brand retailer focused on everyday backpacks. We bring together Thule, Eastpak, Targus, and SwissGear in one place so you can compare them honestly, understand the differences, and choose the pack that fits your commute, campus, or weekend routine. Founded in 2019 and operated by Cedar Ridge Retail Group LLC, we are not the official store for any of these brands—we are a specialty shop that curates their catalogs and stands behind every order with clear policies and direct support.

Who We Are and How We Operate

Daily Pack House is the storefront of Cedar Ridge Retail Group LLC, an independent limited liability company. This operating entity owns the merchant account, processes orders and refunds, maintains our shipping and return policies, sources and quality-checks every product, and handles customer service, authenticity claims, and privacy requests. In short, everything you see on this site—from the product pages to the checkout—is run by that team, not by a brand or a large marketplace.

Our background is in retail distribution. That experience shaped how we built the store: instead of favoring a single brand, we wanted shoppers to see multiple options side by side and make an informed choice. So we review each brand's full catalog, select the versions and colorways that work for real daily routines, and keep bestsellers in stock while rotating in newer models. If a product consistently draws quality complaints or fails our usability bar, we remove it. That is how we keep our catalog curated rather than just large.

Our Expertise in Everyday Backpacks

Our team spends all day thinking about backpacks. We understand harness design, fabric durability, zipper construction, weather resistance, and laptop compartment dimensions. We know how a pack feels after months of daily use—where straps start to dig, when zippers catch, and which linings hold up. We use that knowledge to evaluate dozens of criteria that most shoppers never think to check, and we apply it to every item we list.

That expertise matters because a backpack is a personal tool. A commuter needs quick access to a laptop; a student needs to carry books without back pain; a traveler needs a bag that fits overhead bins and is easy to pack. By carrying four brands, we can help you compare a Thule with a SwissGear, or an Eastpak with a Targus, in one session. You do not have to visit multiple stores or guess which brand is better—you can see the specs, the differences, and the trade-offs here.

Why Our Prices Are Lower Than You Might Expect

We keep prices fair because of how we operate, not by cutting quality. Daily Pack House is an online-only store with no physical showroom, so we avoid the costs of rent, utilities, and sales staff. We also carry multiple brands, which gives us buying power: purchasing across four brands in volume means higher order quantities per warehouse shipment, lowering our per-unit freight and handling cost. We monitor wholesale prices, order early for popular models, and use a streamlined pipeline that routes each order to the closest stocking location—even small efficiencies add up.

The welcome coupon on our site (use PACK15 at checkout for 15% off eligible items) is funded from our normal operating margin, not by raising product prices. Seasonal promotions may be co-funded by a brand through a distributor program, but every discount is applied before taxes and shipping, and the published terms always apply. We never list factory seconds or refurbished items in our standard catalog. A discounted pack is discounted because of buying economics or promotion timing, not because it is defective or lower grade. Lower price never means lower quality here.

Prices also vary because each brand positions itself differently: some focus on heritage construction, others emphasize premium zippers and suspension, and some optimize for volume. We adjust prices with the wholesale market—when a supplier raises costs, our prices may rise; when we get a volume discount, we pass the savings to you. Newer colorways and limited editions are often priced at full wholesale, while older models may be discounted to free up warehouse space. That is why you will see different discount depths across the catalog.

Our Commitment to Authenticity

We guarantee that every item sold here is new and genuine, produced by the brand shown on the listing and obtained through legitimate supply channels. We do not sell counterfeit goods, imitation products, or used items presented as new. To make that guarantee real, we keep an approved vendor list. Every supplier must be an authorized distributor, a brand-appointed wholesaler, or a direct brand account in good standing. We require invoices and batch records for every purchase, and we reject any offer that cannot show a clean chain of custody back to the brand.

Before a product goes live, we compare its name, images, specifications, model number, and colorways against the brand's official product data. If anything is inconsistent, the listing is held until we verify it. We also audit live listings regularly to catch manufacturer updates. Each inbound shipment is checked for quantity, model number, packaging condition, and obvious damage. We spot-check zipper action, strap stitching, interior lining, and printed logos. If an item shows wear, missing tags, or mismatch with its listing, it goes to quarantine and is never sold—it is returned to the supplier or disposed of as required by law.

What to Do If You Have Doubts About a Product

When your order arrives, please open the package and inspect the item within 30 days. Check the zippers, straps, and seams, look for a model number or serial number, and compare it to the product page. If you have doubts about authenticity, do not modify or repair the item—keep all original tags and packaging, take clear photos, and contact us at support@dailypackhouse.shop with the subject line "Authenticity Claim." Please include your order number, photos from multiple angles (front, back, brand tag, and any model/serial number), and a written explanation of your concern. The quality assurance team opens a case and acknowledges it within one business day. We verify the order, review your photos, and trace the purchase back to the supplier invoice and batch record. For serialized items, we may use the brand's online verification tool or contact the distributor. We respond with our findings within three business days; if we need more time, we explain why and set a new deadline.

If we confirm the product is not genuine, we will refund the full purchase price plus any original shipping charges, provide a prepaid return label, and cover return shipping. We will notify the supplier, remove the affected listing, and process your refund to your original payment method as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier. This remedy applies regardless of whether the normal return window has passed, and it is in addition to any brand warranty. If we determine the item is genuine, we will show you the evidence and still offer a return under our standard 30-day policy if you are not satisfied. We never ask you to pay for return shipping on a confirmed authenticity issue, and we never limit the remedy to store credit.

Shipping, Returns, and Support

We make the practical details clear before you buy. Orders over $45.00 ship free; standard shipping is $8.00. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Warranties follow the product information and support guidance provided by the brand. Our customer support team is available by email at support@dailypackhouse.shop—we answer questions about sizing, features, and policies before and after your order.

We are an independent store, and we think that is a strength. Because we are not tied to any single brand, we can show you the honest differences between a Thule and an Eastpak, a Targus and a SwissGear. Our catalog of 1,219 products is carefully chosen to cover commuter packs, school bags, travel backpacks, and laptop-ready daypacks—so whether you need a 17-inch laptop bag or a lightweight weekend carry, you will find options and clear comparisons here.

If you ever have a question about a product, an order, or our policies, reach out. We are a real team, and we take ownership of every order we ship.
